Company verification

Learn about the review of the entity, its representatives, owners and beneficial owners to use provider services.

Entity and activity

The provider can review the legal name, country and registration number, address, constitution and activity. The accepted documents depend on the jurisdiction and its criteria.

Representatives and authority

It may be necessary to identify administrators, representatives and signatories, and prove that they can act on behalf of the company. A professional email does not demonstrate this ability on its own.

Ownership and beneficial owners

The review may require the ownership structure and the individuals who ultimately own or control the entity. If other companies are involved, the entire chain to those people may be needed. The specific criteria are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Countries, use and origin of resources

Describe your activity, clients, markets, amounts and frequency, currencies, assets, payment methods and recipients. Account ownership and source of funds may also need evidence. Using your own resources and managing third-party resources are different scenarios.

Integrator and client

The incorporation of ZESIONS by a provider refers to the integration model. Verification of the client company refers to its entity and use of the service. Neither substitutes the other nor grants automatic approval from the provider.

A first consultation

In the initial contact, it is enough to describe the activity and service of interest. Do not include sensitive corporate documents, beneficial ownership data or credentials.
