Providers may restrict activities, profiles, sources of funds or destinations based on their regulatory framework and business decisions. Legal prohibitions and sanctions must be distinguished from the restrictions specific to each provider.

Accurate information

Accurately describe the entity, activity and use of a service. Do not hide that you are acting on behalf of another person, managing third-party funds or using an unsupported method. A technical capability is not a substitute for the corresponding authorization.

Incident communication

Report impersonations, errors or abuse by contact. Avoid including secrets or personal data from third parties that are not necessary to explain the problem.
