Frequently asked questions

What is ZESIONS?

ZESIONS offers software for individuals and companies to access services from different international providers connected through APIs from a single place. It brings together on- and off-ramps, remittances, banking services and crypto services, with options depending on country, service, amount and method.

Is a receiving account a bank deposit?

Not necessarily. The provider must identify whether it is a bank account, payment account, or receipt data that settles in another currency or asset. Displaying USD, EUR or GBP next to a token does not convert the crypto balance into a bank deposit.

What are RaaS, BaaS and CaaS?

Remittance as a Service connects international payment and remittance services. Banking as a Service makes it easy to access third-party banking accounts and services. Crypto as a Service connects digital asset infrastructure and services. Each category brings together capabilities with its own providers and requirements.

What do on-ramp and off-ramp mean?

On-ramp is the technology channel to providers that facilitate entry from traditional money into digital assets. Off-ramp connects to providers that facilitate the exit to traditional money. Each route depends on the compatible provider, country, currency, asset, network and method.

What is personal verification or KYC for?

It allows you to verify a person's identity and assess their eligibility for a service. It may require a valid document, proof of ownership and additional data, depending on the country, provider and case.

What is verification of a company or KYB?

The review identifies the entity, its representatives and beneficial owners. It may also examine activity, countries, service usage, and source of resources. The incorporation of ZESIONS as an integrator and the verification of its clients are different processes.

Who guards the money or assets?

The provider and the terms of the specific service determine this. An account or wallet supplied by a third party may be held in that party’s custody. An external destination controlled by the customer has different conditions. The software interface and custody are separate functions.

Do I have to share private keys?

Do not share private keys, recovery phrases, passwords or access codes through a contact form. Authorizing an operation in an identified environment is not equivalent to giving your credentials to another person.

How are countries and methods checked?

Every combination of provider, customer type, country, service, method, currency, asset and network is checked. Just because a country or currency appears in a general reference does not confirm all services or all destinations.

How are the price and commissions presented?

The information prior to confirmation must identify amounts, quote, provider costs, additional commissions and validity of the quote. The costs and limits depend on the specific route.

Does a created request mean that the payment is confirmed?

No. A request, a return to the page, or a transfer receipt do not in themselves prove the receipt or delivery of funds. Reception, review, execution and completion must be distinguished according to the result communicated by the provider.

What does the term of an operation depend on?

Of the method, provider, reviews, system schedule and network confirmations. The estimates and conditions for consulting a delay correspond to the specific service.

Is a recipient other than the client allowed?

Only when the feature and provider support it. Identification of the beneficiary, proof of ownership or other verifications may be required. An external destination is not equivalent to a general authorization for payments to third parties.

Can a transfer be canceled or recovered?

It depends on its status, method and conditions. Digital asset transactions may be irreversible; An address or network error can prevent resources from being recovered.

What risks do stablecoins have?

A reference value does not guarantee that the asset will maintain that value or can always be sold or redeemed. Risks include the issuer, liquidity, custody, the network, restrictions and technical failures.

I am a provider. How do I submit a proposal?

Complete the provider form with the commercial and technical information of your company. When the proposal is saved you will receive a reference on the screen. The team can review it from their private inbox. Do not include credentials, API keys, or identity documentation.
