The gateway supports the payment journey; orchestration coordinates connections and statuses; the provider processes and settles. Automatic routing, retries and refunds are not offered as active catalog features: their scope must be documented, contracted and verified per integration.

ZESIONS provides the interface, software and API integrations. The relevant provider delivers and executes the financial service, performs its checks and receives funds directly. ZESIONS’ commercial model includes charging providers for use of its software and infrastructure.
Availability by integration
Availability is confirmed for each combination of provider, service, customer profile, country, currency and method, plus asset and network where relevant. Customer onboarding countries are distinct from payment or settlement destinations. Live operations require contracted and verified integrations. A catalog entry or provider proposal does not activate an integration.

Who processes and settles the payment?
The selected provider. ZESIONS coordinates the interface and integration messages; funds go to the provider executing the service.
Are retries or refunds automatic?
That capability is not claimed. Each integration’s scope is confirmed in writing and verified before enablement. An error notification does not prove a refund.
